Great over all work with the fan and the mixing of vertical and horizontal lines.

At the moment thought they are almost at the same quantity.

I would advice you to layer some horisontal lines over and around the actual flowerheads also.

And I might even have cut of the very dominant tips of the willow, they are dominating over all other materials.

Indeed a good design!

Well formed and shaped Fan design with both vertical and horizontal lineation... but with dominance on the arc-ing horizontal line.

A good variation of character in the lines were used.

In addition to the wired carnations, the willow undercarriage helped in organizing your flower placement and general shaping.

Very wise to use the stiffer stems to the middle, front and back to volumize the design, while flowers with bendable stems were used in the outer horizontal placement.

You were able to achieve complex harmony in both LINE and COLOR in this design... Bravo!!

Nice shape of the design is flattered further with the fine vine which wafts through the arc-ing flower line, adds beautiful soft melody to the design.
A natural sense of structural organization with sense of intentional clarity in the construction process resulted in a great fan design!!

Good job Poi Leng!!
